Following our visit, we will provide a free estimate outlining the proposed works and costs. We are always happy to answer and questions before you make and decisions.

Once you accept your estimate, your project will be added to our schedule.

At this stage we will

  • Confirm your booking

  • Discuss provisional dates

  • Discuss any deposits needed & order materials where appropriate

  • Keep you informed of any updates

Preparing for your Project

Before work begins, we will contact you to confirm arrangements including:

  • Site access

  • Material deliveries

  • Parking requirements

  • Any final design decisions

  • Expected start date

We work with trusted, local suppliers and offer a wide selection of paving, walling, decking, fencing and decorative materials to suit different properties, styles and budget.

Any changes or additional work requested during the project will be discussed and agreed before proceeding. These may affect the final cost and completion date.

Weather & Scheduling

As an outdoor business, the weather has a significant impact on our work.

While we aim to keep to our estimated schedule, prolonged rain, extreme heat, frost or high winds may require us to adjust start dates or pause work temporarily.

Once your project is complete, we will walk through everything with you to ensure you are completely happy before considering the project finished.
